Is simple life weight loss possible? Yes, of course. It is your choice. Once you decided to take control of your life and your weight, you will soon develop a new lifestyle for yourself. Like many things in life, the simpler it is, the easier to do and you are more willingly to do. So if you are looking to lose weight the simple way, I’m here to give you a hand.

Your First Step to Lose Weight

Weight loss is not a stand alone subject.  It is a result of the food you eat and the activities you do.  No matter which diet program you want to follow, you are about to deal with eating and exercising.  Personally I always doubt if lazy-guy / quick fix kind of weight loss plans really exist?

If you are serious in losing weight and keep it off, please consider the following 2 most basic and important rules:

Why Overweight?

If you are overweight, it’s usually because you eat and drink more calories than you need. In theory, to lose weight is as simple as reducing the calories intake and spending more calories.  Although it may not be easy, it is possible, provided you have got your lifestyle change mindset ready.
